Hi 👋

I'm taking part in the 2026 Live Fearless Challenge – and I'd love your support!

I've challenged myself to move for at least 150kms this September, while raising funds for a cause that's close to my heart.

Over 180 thousand Australians live with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis (known as IBD). There is currently no cure, and very little government funding dedicated to the condition.

This is why I've chosen to support Crohn's & Colitis Australia, to help them continue supporting IBD patients and their families, funding critical research, and advocating for a better future for all Australians with IBD.

20 years!

20 years ago I was diagnosed with IBD at the age of 19. 

My first symptoms appeared when I was 15. 

My crohns has effect all areas of my gastro track. My first symptoms were in my oesophagus and stomach. 

Within 3 months of being diagnosed I had my first perianal abscess appear, for 13 years I battled being septic, surgeries every 3 months to drain my abscess, a temporary Ileostomy, many surgeries to try and fix my disease. In 2018 my only option was to remove my abscess, which meant I now live with a permanent colostomy.
