I'm living fearlessly this September by participating in the Live Fearless Challenge 2023

I’m getting active to achieve 90kms and raise awareness and much needed funds for Australians living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

As I challenge myself to reach these goals during September, it would really help me to know that I have your support. If you can rally behind me with even a small donation, it would motivate me through the month and keep my spirits high.

All proceeds go towards Crohn's & Colitis Australia's support services, research initiatives, education and advocacy programs for the Crohn's and colitis community.

Thank you and see you at the finish line!

Live Fearless Challenge

Hey all, I hope you’ll take a minute to read about the challenge Erin is taking part in this month to raise money and awareness for IBD.
This is my best friend Erin. Like me, Erin has been to hell and back with medical gaslighting and neglect under the exact same team. There’s nothing quite like going without correct diagnosis and treatment the way she has, but her undefeated strength and aspiration to help others will never fail to inspire me. In July of this year she was diagnosed with a form of Crohn’s disease (otherwise known as IBD) after fighting with doctors who didn’t believe her for a long time.

This month alongside a few of us on her team, she’s completing 150km for the Live Fearless Challenge to raise money and awareness for Crohns and Colitis Australia. I’m also joining the challenge and aiming to complete at least 90km alongside Erin so that everybody who has to face IBD has the right supports and treatment available to them.

I wouldn’t wish pain like the kind she’s been through on my worst enemy, but there is a lot to be said for the power it takes to survive, find answers, get the treatment you need and deserve, and to pull yourself out of some awfully dark places.

Over 100,000 Australians are currently living with Irritable Bowel Disease which comes with a whole array of symptoms and problems alongside it. By donating to or supporting the Live Fearless Challenge you’re helping provide research, education, advocacy and support to so many people nationwide with this condition. All of which can make a massive difference to somebodies quality of life and in the long run hopefully change the way these conditions are viewed and treated.

Any donation, shares or support is massively appreciated and will make a huge difference in so many lives.
