I'm living fearlessly this September. Will you support me?

I’m taking on the Live Fearless Challenge this September to raise awareness and funds for the almost 180,000 Australians living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

IBD is one of the most misunderstood chronic health conditions. Yet people living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis are ‘frequent flyers’ of the hospital system. It strips away income, disrupts education, work, relationships and travel, and can have a significant impact on both physical and mental health.

That’s why I’m getting active this September and aiming to complete 150km. Every kilometre is for the thousands of people living with IBD who face this in silence.

Consider supporting me as I take on the LFC! Your donation will help fund research, patient support, education and advocacy - because no one should have to manage this disease on their own.

Liv lives fearless

I'm taking on the Live Fearless Challenge this September to raise awareness and funds for the nearly 180,000 Australians living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis — including me.**

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) is one of the most misunderstood chronic health conditions. Yet for those of us living with Crohn’s or colitis, hospital visits, invasive tests, and daily struggles are all too familiar. It can interrupt every part of life — from education, work and travel to relationships, income and mental health.

I’ve been fighting this disease since I was 8 years old. I’ve faced misdiagnoses, nutrition issues, countless tests, depression, missed school, lost friendships, and long battles for access to medication and care. It hasn’t been easy. But through all of this, I’ve found strength, an amazing support crew, and a deeper understanding of myself and the world around me.

This September, I'm walking to raise funds so that others don’t have to go through the same journey alone — so they can access early diagnosis, ongoing treatment, and hopefully one day, a cure.

Every donation, big or small, helps. Please support me if you can, and help make a difference for those living with IBD ?
