I'm living fearlessly this September by participating in the Live Fearless Challenge 2024

Let's go LFC 2024!!!

I’m getting active to achieve 150kms and raise awareness and much needed funds for Australians living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

As I challenge myself to reach these goals during September, it would really help me to know that I have your support. If you can rally behind me with even a small donation, it would motivate me through the month and keep my spirits high.

All proceeds go towards Crohn's & Colitis Australia's support services, research initiatives, education and advocacy programs for the Crohn's and colitis community.

LFC 2024

Hi there, to all the LFC participants and donors that support us along the way.
September is one of my favourite months of the year and since the LFC started its taken on a whole new meaning. Every year we get together to tackle the Challenge and smash out the kilometres to raise funds and awareness for IBD.
 
It's close to my heart and always will be.
No matter what is going on in my life, or how my health is tracking, participating in the LFC has become a tradition and makes September extra special.

It's a reminder of how far I've come since my initial diagnosis with Crohn's Disease and keeps me motivated to focus on my health.

It's the perfect opportunity to throw our support around Crohn's & Colitis Australia and the incredible work they do advocating for patients, families, carers and for the research and programs they initiate and lead.
