I'm taking part in the 2026 Live Fearless Challenge – and I'd love your support!

I've challenged myself to move for at least 30 minutes every day this September, while raising funds for a cause that's close to my heart.

Over 180 thousand Australians live with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis (known as IBD). There is currently no cure, and very little government funding dedicated to the condition.

This is why I've chosen to support Crohn's & Colitis Australia, to help them continue supporting IBD patients and their families, funding critical research, and advocating for a better future for all Australians with IBD.

I am participating in the Live Fearless Challenge in September for my daughter Ash.

She was diagnosed with UC in 2019 when she was in year 5 . We have spent many years in and out of hospitals, doing all the meds, steroids, infusions and then multiple surgeries.

Its been a challenge, but Ash always showed so much strength and courage.
