I'm living fearlessly this September. Will you support me?
I’m taking on the Live Fearless Challenge this September, by walking 150km, to raise awareness and funds for the almost 180,000 Australians living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
Since being diagnosed with UC in Dec 2024, my life has changed drastically. I didn’t know much about IBD before this and have realized not many people do. IBD is the only major chronic condition in Australia without dedicated government funding for patient support, which I think is because our symptoms are often silent and hidden!
IBD controls so much of our lives and we are forever living in fear of another flare, so this september I’m choosing to live fearlessly by aiming to walk 150kms to raise awareness and money to hopefully one day find a cure, or better treatment options.
