I'm living fearlessly this September. Will you support me?

I’m taking on the Live Fearless Challenge this September to raise awareness and funds for the almost 180,000 Australians living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

IBD is one of the most misunderstood chronic health conditions. Yet people living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis are ‘frequent flyers’ of the hospital system. It strips away income, disrupts education, work, relationships and travel, and can have a significant impact on both physical and mental health.

That’s why I’m getting active this September and aiming to complete 150km. Every kilometre is for the thousands of people living with IBD who face this in silence.

Almost the end of the challenge

I began this challenge as I have a few family members including myself who live with the challenges of Crohn's or Colitis as part of our everyday lives. We wanted to help raise awareness and much needed funds. 
My family formed a team and I am so proud of the amazing effort that everyone has put into achieving not only their own personal goals but contributing to raising awareness and funds. Well done everyone I am so pround of you all. 
A big shout out to our family, friends and community who have donated and encouraged us throughout the challenge. We really appreciate your support and thank you for being part of our first fearless Challenge.
We have all achieved so much throughout this challenge both personally and as a team. Keep up the amazing work. Go team. Together we can make a difference.
