I'm living fearlessly this September. Will you support me?

This September, I’m taking on the Live Fearless Challenge to raise awareness and funds for the nearly 180,000 Australians living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, including myself.

Living with IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) is incredibly challenging. It’s one of the most misunderstood chronic illnesses, yet those of us affected are often ‘frequent flyers’ in the hospital system. IBD can disrupt every part of life, from work and education to relationships, travel, and mental health.

That’s why I’m getting active and aiming to complete 150km throughout September. Every kilometre I walk or run is for the thousands of people like me who face this disease, often in silence.

If you’re able to support me, your donation will go towards vital research, patient support, education, and advocacy, because no one should have to face IBD alone.
