Will you support my Live Fearless Challenge?

I’m taking part in the 2026 Live Fearless Challenge, and this one is incredibly close to my heart.

My reason is my son, Xavier. 💜

Xavier was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis when he was just 2½ years old.

Two and a half.

Far too young to understand why his tummy hurt. Far too young for hospitals, procedures, medications, blood tests and all the other crap that comes with living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

And quite simply, too young to have to be this brave.

IBD isn't just a "bad stomach". Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis are chronic, lifelong inflammatory diseases that can cause debilitating pain, bleeding, exhaustion and symptoms that can completely disrupt everyday life.

There is currently no cure.

More than 180,000 Australians are living with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, and behind every one of those numbers is a real person — a child, a parent, a partner, a sibling or a friend — trying to live their life while dealing with a disease that can be painful, unpredictable and relentless.

No one should have to live like that. Especially not a child.

So this September, I’m moving for at least 30 minutes every day for Xavier and for every Aussie living with IBD.

I’m raising money for Crohn’s & Colitis Australia (CCA) because families like ours need them. CCA advocates for people living with IBD, supports patients and their families, raises awareness and helps drive the research we desperately need towards better treatments and, one day, a cure.
