I'm living fearlessly this September. Will you support me?
After months of fatigue and stomach pains I had blood tests done resulting in my GP telling us to go straight to the emergency room. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in May 2022 at the young age of just 16, although I had symptoms for many years prior.
I started taking 17 tablets a day to get my condition under control, so I could do day to day things without pain. We then moved to enemas and now infusions which are working for me.
I was not stopped by my diagnosis, I continued playing rugby league for many years after, completed my year 12 and am now going to study nursing. During a flare I traveled to New York and have now planned my next international as this will never stop me.
I am doing the live fearless challenge for others like myself whose life may have changed but still have goals.
I am not only raising funds but awareness!

Hi Rhiannon, I just wanted to donate to support you but also because my mum has colitis and I know what’s it’s like for someone to have to live with it! Wishing you all the best 💕
