I'm living fearlessly this September by participating in the Live Fearless Challenge 2024

I’m getting active to achieve 150kms and raise awareness and much needed funds for Australians living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

As I challenge myself to reach these goals during September, it would really help me to know that I have your support. If you can rally behind me with even a small donation, it would motivate me through the month and keep my spirits high.

All proceeds go towards Crohn's & Colitis Australia's support services, research initiatives, education and advocacy programs for the Crohn's and colitis community.

Week One

I have just completed 60km of walking in the first 9.5 days of the challenge and thought I could share a few things

- Having Crohns can really impact on my ability to get going in the morning. It generally takes me a couple of hours after waking before I can get started. Feeling a bit of Nausea combined with not being able to stomach any food makes this challenge a bit tricker (but certainly not impossible)
- We had 4 nights holiday in the Central Coast last week, which was great! And very helpful for getting the step count up
- I was feeling very sore in my legs, hips and lower back for the first 4 days, but I think ive been able to shake it off and will keep on pushing
- Thanks to everyone who has donated so far!!
