I'm living fearlessly this September. Will you support me?

I’m taking on the Live Fearless Challenge this September to raise awareness and funds for the almost 180,000 Australians living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

IBD is one of the most misunderstood chronic health conditions. Yet people living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis are ‘frequent flyers’ of the hospital system. It strips away income, disrupts education, work, relationships and travel, and can have a significant impact on both physical and mental health.

That’s why I’m getting active this September and aiming to complete 150km. Every kilometre is for the thousands of people living with IBD who face this in silence.

Consider supporting me as I take on the LFC! Your donation will help fund research, patient support, education and advocacy - because no one should have to manage this disease on their own.

My Updates

Not too late

Hi everyone, firstly a HUGE thank you to everyone who has donated to this cause that is sadly close to my heart! My brother who passed in July suffered from Crohn’s most of his life! Myself and several of my relatives suffer from it or Colitis so there is still a long way to go to research these chronic conditions! Today is the last day to donate but I believe your donation will be doubled! I’m trying hard to make the 150km but it’s been a difficult month for me health wise and I may fall short of my target by Couple of kilometres but I will do my best! Again thanks to those who have already donated or shared my post! It’s not too late to donate!!!Blessings to you all! ??

In memory of my brother Walter

In July my brother passed, he was my mentor when it came to living with Crohn’s disease. He just knew the right things to say and understood what I was going through! I miss him heaps and find solace in hoping he is reunited with my parents and another brother Sam who died only 13 months ago! Here’s hoping I’m able to make the 150 km in September and do his memory proud!
