Hey everyone!
Our family will be supporting the Crohn's and Colitis community this September!
We will each be getting active for 150kms and raising awareness and much needed funds for Australians living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
Can you rally behind us and keep our spirits high? We would greatly appreciate any donation and messages of encouragement cheering us on!
All proceeds go towards Crohn's & Colitis Australia's support services, research initiatives, education and advocacy programs for the Crohn's and colitis community. Crohn's & Colitis Australia is an unbelievable organisation. They even provide telephone helplines for those living with Crohn's and Colitis, peer support services and support groups for those living with Crohn's and Colitis.
