Supporting my challenge

Many people in my family, including myself. Suffer with the impacts of Colitis and Crohn’s disease. 

I am hoping to raise awareness and funds to help with research towards these autoimmune diseases that impact the lives of so many people. 

As this condition is invisible to others, some people may be suffering with it in silence. 

This is why I've chosen to support Crohn's & Colitis Australia, to help them continue supporting patients and their families, funding critical research, and advocating for a better future.

Thank you so much to everyone who has helped me reach my $1000 goal! I am once again lucky enough to increase my fundraising goal for this cause. 

Today is Day 1 of my challenge, I’ve set a 1 hour and 40 minute daily average for this month. I’m going to be tracking my workouts on Strava for anyone wanting to keep track of my progress x 👀
