Will you support my Live Fearless Challenge?

Hi everyone,

I'm taking part in the 2026 Live Fearless Challenge.

I love running and manage to get out the door most days for a run, so this September I’m doing something a little bit different.

I've challenged myself to move for at least 30 minutes every day this September by doing as many different sports I can while raising funds for a cause that's close to my heart.

Over 180 thousand Australians, including myself, live with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis (known as IBD). There is currently no cure, and very little government funding dedicated to the condition.

This is why I've chosen to support Crohn's & Colitis Australia, to help them continue supporting IBD patients and their families, funding critical research, and advocating for a better future for all Australians with IBD.

Even a small donation can have a big impact, so if you can, please make a donation today.

All donations over $2 are tax-deductible (you’ll receive a receipt straight to your inbox).

Thank you so much for supporting me – it means a lot! 💜

Sydney Marathon 2026

On Sunday 30th of August I ran Sydney Marathon. Despite not being September yet, I think it's definitely worth posting about! I completed the marathon in 2:28:34, coming 64th out of 36,293 people and also being 16th Australian across the line in the Australian marathon championships.
I started the race with the goal of finishing under 2:25 and was on pace until around 30km. During the lap of Centennial Park things got really tough and I had to dig deep to get to the top of each hill. At 35km things started to head back downhill and I managed to pick the pace back up a smidge.
At the end of the day I fell short of my 2:25 goal however I still lowered my marathon PB by over a minute so I am very happy.
This first week of live fearless will be challenging to get 30 minutes of exercise done on sore legs but I will get there!

News story

I was very lucky to have the opportunity to share my story with NBN news, you can watch it through the link below.

https://www.nbnnews.com.au/2026/08/25/running-for-crohns-colitis-awareness/

Even though it won’t be September, I will be racing the Sydney Marathon this Sunday and want to lead the way for others wanting to chase their goals without letting IBD get in the way.
