Will you support my Live Fearless Challenge?

Hi 👋

I'm taking part in the 2026 Live Fearless Challenge – and I'd love your support!

I've challenged myself to move for at least 30 minutes every day this September, while raising funds for a cause that's close to my heart.

Over 180 thousand Australians live with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis (known as IBD). There is currently no cure, and very little government funding dedicated to the condition.

This is why I've chosen to support Crohn's & Colitis Australia, to help them continue supporting IBD patients and their families, funding critical research, and advocating for a better future for all Australians with IBD.

Even a small donation can have a big impact, so if you can, please make a donation today.

All donations over $2 are tax-deductible (you’ll receive a receipt straight to your inbox).

Thank you so much for supporting me – it means a lot! 💜

My updates

This year looks a little different…

Another year of the Live Fearless Challenge and this one feels a little different.

In March, I had two major abdominal surgeries just two weeks apart, leaving me with a 13cm vertical incision and a pretty long road back.

So this challenge is actually my first real return to exercise since surgery… although somehow I’ve also decided this was the perfect time to run in the Townsville City Council Division 1 by-election. 😂

The amount of steps I’ve already clocked up campaigning, walking streets, meeting residents and getting out across the Division has definitely given me a head start!

I’m genuinely so excited to be doing the Live Fearless Challenge again, especially this year. To be able to rebuild my strength, raise awareness for IBD and take people along for what is already a very big chapter of my life feels pretty special.

Here’s to getting stronger, getting those steps in and continuing to put IBD awareness out in the open.

Definitely living fearless this year.
