I'm living fearlessly this September by participating in the Live Fearless Challenge 2024

For more than half my life now, I've had ulcerative colitis - an incurable auto-immune condition affecting the large intestine.

I've been very fortunate to have experienced basically no symptoms the majority of that time thanks to my long-term medication... but two years ago things took a turn.

My medicine that had served me so well for almost two decades stopped working. Since then I've experienced the true impacts of what UC can do to someone, and I don't take my health for granted anymore.

That's why, now that I feel able to do so, I'm getting active in September to raise awareness and much needed funds for Australians living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

If you can rally behind me with even a small donation it will motivate me to hit 150km worth of exercise in September, and (most importantly) help fund much needed research and support to those with these inflammatory conditions.

All proceeds go towards Crohn's & Colitis Australia's support services, research initiatives, education and advocacy programs for the Crohn's and colitis community.

Thank you and see you at the finish line!
