I'm taking part in the 2026 Live Fearless Challenge – for the 5th year in a row!
I've challenged myself to move for at least 30 minutes every day this September, while raising funds for a cause that's close to my heart.
I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in my early 20s and it has been an absolute journey since then trying to figure out what works best for my body. In the process, I have the amazing opportunity to work as a specialised IBD Nurse helping support and educate those in our service. It’s extremely rewarding!
Over 180 thousand Australians live with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis (known as IBD). There is currently no cure, and very little government funding dedicated to the condition.
I’m supporting Crohn's & Colitis Australia, to help them continue supporting IBD patients and their families, funding critical research, and advocating for a better future for all Australians with IBD.
