I'm living fearlessly this September by participating in the Live Fearless Challenge 2023

I’m getting active to achieve 150kms and raise awareness and much needed funds for Australians living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

As I challenge myself to reach these goals during September, it would really help me to know that I have your support. If you can rally behind me with even a small donation, it would motivate me through the month and keep my spirits high.

All proceeds go towards Crohn's & Colitis Australia's support services, research initiatives, education and advocacy programs for the Crohn's and colitis community.

Thank you and see you at the finish line!

Let the challenge begin!

This September, I am participating in the Live Fearless Challenge to raise awareness and funds for people living with Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis.

? Some of you may know that in March, about a month after Blake was born, I ended up in hospital with severe abdominal pain. It had been gradually getting worse and I just assumed it was part of the healing process from giving birth, but turns out I was experiencing a flare up of undiagnosed Crohn's Disease.

? Crohn's Disease is an IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) and is chronic, lifelong, with no cure at the moment. Your immune system attacks your bowel and causes a wide array of symptoms that are often invisible to others and vary greatly for each individual. More information about the disease here: https://www.livefearlesschallenge.com.au/about-us

????The challenge is for myself and my team (Chris, Robert, Lauren) to walk 150kms each over the month of September (apparently that's approximately 7,000 steps a day).

? Please cheer us on and donate using the link below. All proceeds go towards Crohn's & Colitis Australia's support services, research initiatives, education and advocacy programs for the Crohn's and colitis community.

?? If you read this far then thank you! And I hope we have your support ??
