No Guts, No Glory!

I am participating in the Live Fearless Challenge this September because Crohn's Disease has been a big part of my journey since my diagnosis in 2020. Over the years, i have faced many challenges, there was days where i felt like i was missing out on everything, watching life pass by while i was stuck at home unable to work, or lying in a hospital bed wondering if id ever get back to living the life i dreamed of. 

In 2022, i faced one of the toughest moments on my journey, i needed to have surgery. It was scary and overwhelming, but it gave me one thing i thought i had almost lost - Hope. That surgery helped me regain control on my life, and i was finally able to look forward to the future again. 

I wouldn't be where i am today without the constant love and support from my family, friends and medical team, who have walked beside me through every step back and every small victory.

Now i want to give back. By joining this challenge, i hope to not only raise funds for research and support but also to remind others living with Crohns and Colitis that they are not alone. Every step i take is for those who are struggling day to day, and still waiting for their chance to live fearlessly.
