My target 150kms

Total activity 170kms

I'm living fearlessly this September by participating in the Live Fearless Challenge 2021

I’m getting active to achieve 150kms and raise awareness and much needed funds for Australians living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. I myself have Crohn’s disease and know the importance of support for those with these conditions - and that’s why awareness and funding is so essential, now more than ever.

As I challenge myself to reach these goals during September, it would really help me to know that I have your support. If you can rally behind me with even a small donation, it would motivate me through the month and keep my spirits high.

All proceeds go towards Crohn's & Colitis Australia's support services, research initiatives, education and advocacy programs for the Crohn's and colitis community.

Thank you and see you at the finish line!

My Updates

Kicking off the LFC inside a pandemic!

Who would’ve thought this would be my second live fearless challenge within a pandemic!

But here we are and what a perfect way to feel empowered and find space and peace in a trying time.

This year is a little different for me. Like many with a disease like Crohn’s, I also find myself now living with other health conditions. This is an aspect of autoimmune that’s not discussed - that having one makes us open to more. It’s why we need support and a community that understands our experience.

I am also releasing my first book “Living Human” about my experience with Crohn’s, this September and I will be giving g away some signed copies for the Live Fearless Challenge!

In the middle of a pandemic I will be doing yoga, working out, walking and dancing my way to 150km fo raise awareness and funds for all of us with IBD. I hope you’ll feel encouraged to do the same. Do it safely at home, or pop on your mask and enjoy nature. It’s so good for body and mind. And get to know that amazing body of yours.

Enjoy the challenge and use it to love yourself and support those of us with an invisible and chronic condition. Thank you for your support!
