Will you support my Live Fearless Challenge?
Hello friends and family!
I'm taking part in the 2026 Live Fearless Challenge for the first time ever – and I'd love your support!
I've challenged myself to move for at least 30 minutes every day this September, while raising funds for a cause that's very close to my heart. I haven’t been doing much exercise lately, so it’s good motivation for me to get moving (despite illness and a healing ankle injury).
Over 180 thousand Australians live with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis (known as IBD) - including me! There is currently no cure, and very little government funding dedicated to the condition.
I’ve lived with ulcerative colitis for over 25 years. Generally my disease is well managed, but I am experiencing a flare at the moment which has been a harsh reminder of how rough it can be.
This is why I've chosen to support Crohn's & Colitis Australia, to help them continue supporting all IBD patients and their families, funding critical research, and advocating for a better future for all Australians with IBD.
