Help me this September as I Live Fearless for all those impacted by IBD

Did you know Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD) are an Auto Immune condition, where a persons own immune system attacks a part of their digestive track. In 2013 I was diagnosed with an Auto Immune disease I had never heard of before, Ulcerative Colitis. It took 4 years, countless hospital visits, some amazing doctor and nurses and more love and support from my family and friends then I could have ever hoped for, to find the right way manage my condition.

Across the month of September I’m running 150kms to raise awareness and much needed funds for Australians living with Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis. All proceeds go towards Crohn's & Colitis Australia's support services, research initiatives, education and advocacy programs for the Crohn's and colitis community.  Even the smallest donation can make a massive difference

Never Too Late

I had committed to completing this challange as a way to put my health first during a very busy time in my life and raise awareness of a condition I was diagnosed with 11 years ago. However life most thing the first day came and went, and I said "i'll start tomorrow! Its only 1 day." And then all of a sudden the first week was over and I hadn't completed one dedicated Km. But I decided  if I committed to 5km a day, I can commit to 7km a day, and it's never too late to commit to putting yourself first.
