I'm living fearlessly this September. Will you support me?
I’m taking on the Live Fearless Challenge this September to raise awareness and funds for the almost 180,000 Australians living with Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) is one of the most misunderstood chronic autoimmune health conditions. Both Crohn’s Disease & Ulcerative Colitis can have a significant impact on both physical and mental health as well as disrupt day-to-day life, income, education, work, relationships, socialising and travel.
That’s why I’m getting active this September and aiming to complete 100km. Every kilometre is for the thousands of people, like myself, living with IBD who face this disease in silence.

My reason for completing the LFC!
I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in 2021. Crohn’s is an autoimmune chronic inflammatory bowel condition that in my case affects majority of my gastrointestinal system.
For the first time, I will be undertaking the Live Fearless Challenge this September in support of the Crohn’s & Colitis Australia. My goal is to challenge myself to walking at minimum 100km in September while travelling overseas.
I really hope to shine a light on Crohn’s Disease & Ulcerative Colitis through raising awareness & funds for this foundation.
