Brittani Nicholl

Whether it be a step, a kilometre, a share, a all counts!

This September, the team at Crohn’s & Colitis Australia are encouraging people to participate in the #LiveFearless Challenge - challenging people to run or walk 5km a day = 150km across the month.

Please help make a real difference to people living with IBD by participating, sharing, or donating to the cause - a cause close to my heart.Β

My 21year history with Crohn's disease has certainly been a battle, and my most recent stint in hospital was no different.Β

I underwent surgery several times, and now require an ileostomy bag (for the third time)...I had complications following the major surgery, was extremely unwell, and required further surgery - despite looking fit, happy and healthy in this photo.

The main reason I am part of this campaign, is also the reason I am unable to run the challenge. However, I am dedicated to walking as many kilometres as I possibly can to reach the goal, raise awareness and kickstart my recovery.

As I tackle this challenge, it will help to know that you have supported me throughout this journey...whether it be by joining my team, participating, sharing, or donating. Β

All donations over $2 are tax deductible and go towards Crohn's & Colitis Australia, who provide research for a cure, education and advocacy programs for people living with IBD.

Thank you to my Sponsors
