I'm living fearlessly this September. Will you support me?
I am taking on the Live Fearless Challenge this September to raise awareness and funds for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Almost 180,000 Australians are living with this disease, 145,000 are working age adults and often hesitant to share their diagnosis.
IBD is one of the most misunderstood chronic health conditions, impacting both physical and mental health. It is a constant juggle of invisible struggles and to add to the complexity symptoms are unpredictable. You don’t look sick, but pain, discomfort, fatigue, brain fog, skin conditions, joint pain and regular toilet visits are real and often misunderstood.
This condition can affect your income, education, work, relationships, and travel.
For the second year I am getting active this September and aiming to complete 150km. Every kilometre is for the thousands of people living with IBD who face this in silence.
I would love if you can support me as I take on the LFC! Your donation will help fund research, patient support, education, and advocacy - because no one should have to manage this disease on their own.

Good on you Bel. It’s a great cause that sadly slips under the radar for most.
