I'm taking part in the 2026 Live Fearless Challenge – and I'd love your support!

I've challenged myself to move for at least 30 minutes every day this September, while raising funds for a cause that's close to my heart.

Over 180 thousand Australians live with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis (known as IBD). There is currently no cure, and very little government funding dedicated to the condition.

This is why I've chosen to support Crohn's & Colitis Australia, to help them continue supporting IBD patients and their families, funding critical research, and advocating for a better future for all Australians with IBD.

6 days in: 24 left to go!

6 days into the Live Fearless Challenge, and I am on track for my 30 hours of exercise for the month. 

Day 1 was 60 minutes of running and walking.

Day 2 was 40 minutes of weights training and a 20 minute walk.

Day 3 was another 40 minutes of weights training and a 20 minute run.

Day 4 was a 60 minute walk in the park. 

Day 5 I completed 45 minutes of weights training and 15 minutes on the elliptical. 

Day 6 (today) I completed 40 minutes of weights training and a 20 minute run. 

I am also only $50 off my fundraising goal. The challenge is going well so far, and cant wait to keep the exercise and fundraising up for the rest of the month.
