Team Jess

We’ve chosen to be a part of this initiative for the second year in tribute to our daughter and sister Jessica who was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis at the age of 14 last year.

Since Jessica’s diagnosis she has been in and out of hospital for weeks at a time and is living in constant pain. Despite her challenges, Jess has stayed strong and optimistic while navigating her way through the uncertainty of this incurable disease and her strength and determination makes us all so proud.

We would love your support as we reach our goal of $5,000 while raising awareness of this debilitating disease in the hope that one day a cure can be found.

All proceeds go towards Crohn's & Colitis Australia's support services, research initiatives, education and advocacy programs for the Crohn's and Colitis community.
