Superfood sandwich toppings

Put aside the Vegemite and peanut butter and try some of these colourful and healthy sandwich toppings.  Mix and match with your choice of bread, bagles, muffins, or even pumpernickle to find the perfect fit for you.

Eggs

Mashed soft-boiled egg, rocket or baby spinach and paprika

Cottage cheese, soft-boiled egg (halved), spring onions and paprika

Fried egg with cherry tomatoes (halved) and cumin

Avocado

Vegemite and avocado  - an an egg for extra protein
