Map My Fitness by Under Armour 

Available on IOS and Android. Map My Fitness is a free application that makes it easy to track all workouts, from running, bike riding or a gym routine. It's great to share workout routines and learn some other exercises. You're able to establish goals for the week and sync with other apps like Google Fit, Android Wear and your Fitbit. Premium features are available like to share live tracking when running, set higher goals, monitor, and analyse heart rate.

MyFitnessPal 

Available on IOS and Android. MyFitnessPal is a free application that helps you track how many calories you eat and search food from their ever-growing database. This app will help you to personalise your diet to help you take control of your goals.

Simply Yoga 

Available on IOS and Android. Simply Yoga is a free application but will have ads. This app provides instructional videos to help you with basic yoga poses. Easy to do in the comfort of your home and all you need is a mat.

Nike Training Club

Available on IOS and Android. Nike Training Club is a free application with an ability to get a membership. This app has workouts for all muscle parts and workouts from strength to endurance based. You can adjust levels depending on fitness levels and intensity, and use bodyweight or equipment.

Workout Trainer 

Available on IOS and Android. Workout Trainer is a free application that allows you to do workouts from home either using body weight or minimal equipment with plenty of free workouts adjustable to difficulty levels. You will find video, photo, and audio instruction from expert trainers to guide through every workout. You can get a premium membership which does advanced heart rate analysis and more training programs.

Daily Workouts Fitness Trainer 

Available on IOS and Android. Daily Workouts Fitness Trainer is a free application which does have ads. You can use the app anywhere with no internet required to use the application. You will find over 100 different quick 5–10-minute workouts and 10-30 minutes randomised full workouts. There are video demonstrations on how to do the workouts. The full version has more workouts, routines, and is ad free.
